Plymouth Police Department Officers Make Several Arrests

Officers with the Plymouth Police Department made several arrests this week.

Officers conducted a traffic stop Tuesday, July 4 at 2:35 a.m. ET and made an arrest for operating without ever obtaining a license.  Jose Rivera-Pagoda, 25, of Plymouth was booked into the Marshall County Jail.

In a separate incident, police were dispatched to the Plymouth hospital in reference to an unruly male reportedly causing a disturbance in the emergency room. Officers arrived Wednesday, July 5 at 1:20 a.m. ET and found the subject, Stephen Williams, 39, listed as homeless. Williams was known to have an outstanding warrant for unpaid child support.  He was taken into custody after receiving clearance from the hospital.

Additionally, a Plymouth man is in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Police units were dispatched to the area of McDonalds in Plymouth Wednesday, July 5 in reference to allegations of Jan Lemler, 60, of Plymouth causing a disturbance. Lemler reportedly became aggressive towards officers and was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
