Plymouth Police Department Makes Several Arrests

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department recently made several arrests. 

Officers made an arrest Thursday, July 20 at Plum and Jefferson Street in Plymouth.  Officers made a traffic stop at 12:20 a.m. ET and reportedly found 19-year-old Ammer Amadre to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license and was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Plymouth police conducted a traffic stop Friday, July 21 that led to an arrest of a Plymouth man. The stop occurred at Michigan and Jefferson at the Red D Mart for traffic violations.  The driver was identified as Thomas Woodard, 43, of Plymouth. Woodard was found to have a suspended license and was taken into custody.

The Plymouth Police Department was conducting parking patrol Thursday, July 20 when they encountered a female identified as Grace Rotz, 18, of Auburn sitting in her vehicle with a juvenile passenger at 3:21 a.m. ET. During the investigation, it was reportedly discovered that she had consumed an alcoholic beverage. The juvenile was transported to the hospital by Plymouth EMS while Rotz was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for illegal consumption of alcohol.

Additionally, Plymouth officers made an arrest Thursday, July 20 for operator never licensed. At 5:50 a.m. ET, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on North Michigan Street in Plymouth. Danny Funez Canales, 28, of Plymouth was found to be driving without ever obtaining a license.  He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
