Plymouth Police Department Makes OWI, Domestic Battery Arrests

A Plymouth man is in custody for operating while intoxicated.

Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to North Michigan Street at midnight Sunday, July 9 for an intoxicated driver. While searching the area Plymouth units were given the name and address of the suspected driver. While checking the area on Kingston Road, the suspect vehicle and driver were located.

The driver was identified as Fredrick Kramp and determined to be allegedly impaired. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge for operating while intoxicated.

In a separate incident, Plymouth officers were dispatched to the Economy Inn Saturday, July 8 at nearly 3 a.m. ET for a domestic dispute in progress. 

Rebecca Dunlap was placed under arrest and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of domestic battery.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
