Plymouth Police Arrest Texas Man for Suspected Impaired Driving, Plymouth Man Arrested after Domestic Disturbance

Plymouth Police Department officers made an arrest Saturday, July 1 at the corner of Michigan and Plymouth-Goshen Trail.

Officers conducted a traffic stop at 1:15 a.m. ET and believed that the driver, Ernesto A. Estrada-Ortega, 48, of Wellington, Texas was intoxicated. He was arrested on two preliminary misdemeanor counts of operating while intoxicated, and one felony count of OWI with a minor as a passenger.

In a separate incident, a Plymouth man is in jail after a domestic disturbance.

Marshall County Central Dispatch received a 911 call of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth. The caller advised that a male had battered another male and then left the area in a vehicle.

A Plymouth officer located the vehicle and 30-year-old Adam Majchrzak of Plymouth was placed under arrest on preliminary charges of battery, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
