On Saturday at 11:07 p.m. Plymouth Police were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a 911 call about some type of domestic issue.
Officers located a male identified as William R. Gutierrez, 47, of Valparaiso who was combative and was warned multiple times to stop yelling and making a scene. He was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was taken into custody for OWI, resisting law enforcement, and disorderly conduct.
