A Walkerton woman was arrested Thursday, June 1 around 7:50 p.m. ET after police were notified of a woman reportedly trespassing on private property.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, 48-year-old Lisa O’Donnell was trespassing on the property in the 100 block of Ule Trail in Walkerton. Police arrived at the scene and she was placed into custody.
She was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
