An officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Casey’s gas station Tuesday, June 20 at 5:33 p.m. ET.

Officers conducted a field sobriety test on Frederick Kramp, 69, of Plymouth.

The result of a chemical test indicted that Kramp was reportedly found to be over four times the legal limit and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for operating a vehicle with a prior conviction within seven years and habitual traffic violator.

In a separate incident, the Plymouth Police Department was informed of a theft that had occurred in the 300 block of Garro Street.
