Plymouth Police Department Arrest Two in Separate Incidents

Plymouth police made an arrest of a Plymouth woman on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

During routine patrol, Plymouth Police observed a black SUV weaving out of its lane and conducted a traffic stop. After an investigation, police say it was determined that the driver, Cydnie Wilson, age 32, of Plymouth, was under the influence of alcohol.

She was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Police also arrested a man on a charge of possession of drugs.

Plymouth officers were dispatched to River Park Square in reference to a report of a man, Jared Warner, age 40, listed as homeless, with a gun.

When officers arrived on the scene they found Warner who was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
