Plymouth Police Arrest Two for Intoxication

Plymouth Police Department officers made an arrest behind the Parkside Mini-Mart on North Michigan Street Wednesday, June 14.

Police noticed a vehicle with its lights on behind the Mini-Mart just after 11 p.m. ET and pulled behind the vehicle. They observed two subjects inside the vehicle and one outside the vehicle, according to the report. The driver was identified as Isaiah N. Good, 28, of Plymouth who was placed under arrest for operating while intoxicated with a BAC above .15, possession of marijuana and a schedule II drug.

Trevor Roth, 28, of Plymouth was placed under arrest for public intoxication. The third subject was released at the scene.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
