Plymouth Police Arrest Three on Warrants

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department recently arrested several residents on active warrants. 

Plymouth Police arrested Derek Sallee, 35, of Plymouth on Wednesday, June 14.  Sallee was entering a store on Pilgrim Lane when he was recognized by officers as having an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. During the booking process, a suspected controlled substance was reportedly located on his person.  In addition to the warrant, he was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

In a separate incident, police were called to the Marshall County Probation office in the afternoon Wednesday, June 14 in regard to a subject who had a warrant out of Marshall County for trespass and criminal mischief. Lisa M. O’Donnell of Walkerton was taken into custody for the warrant.

Additionally,  Plymouth Police were called to the Economy Inn Wednesday, June 14 to make a warrant arrest.  Kelley D. Rowe, 54, of Plymouth was arrested on two counts of felony theft. He was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
