The Bourbon Town Council accepted the April 2023 monthly activity report from Bourbon Police Department (BPD) Chief William Martin.
Chief Martin reported 861 Daily Log Entries during the month of April.
The BPD Activity Report for April 2023 included four accidents reported, 15 uniform traffic tickets, six ordinance tickets, 38 school patrols, four written warnings, 102 verbal warnings, six vehicle identification checks, 61 traffic details including radar checks, three motorist assists, two attempts to locate and 27 foot patrols.
The BPD Criminal Activity Report for April 2023 included two felony arrests, five misdemeanor arrests, eight case reports assigned, and four alarms.
The BPD Administrative and General Report included 83 office details, zero firearms applications, one record check / processing, 19 general complaints, 15 requests for service, 153 security checks, 57 public contacts, 37 assists to other agencies, nine animal complaints, three notices served, four doors or windows found open, zero family disturbance complaints, eight suspicious persons or vehicles, and 19 calls to 9-1-1.
