The Argos Summer Kickoff Festival begins Friday at the Argos Community Park.
The festival starts at 5 p.m. ET with bounce houses, vendors and food booths. The ASK Pageant registration is at 6 p.m. with the pageant at 7 p.m. for kids ages 3-5 and 6-9, Valerie Ingle will be on the Center stage at 8 p.m. and the movie in the park is at 10 p.m. ET.
The festival continues Saturday with the Scholar Sprint registration and race at 6 a.m. at the West Pavilion, the Lions Club breakfast from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., the vendors open at 10 a.m., and the parade begins at 10:30 a.m. The kids fishing derby is at noon at the Community Park Pond, the cornhole tournament at 2 p.m., and the fireworks show at 10:15 p.m. ET.
Enjoy music throughout the day by Quentin Flagg at 1 p.m., Adam Ockerman at 3:30 p.m., This Homemade Conspiracy at 5:30 p.m., and the Hi-Dives at 7:30 p.m.
The last day of the festival is Sunday and it opens at 10 a.m. with the disc golf tournament at 10:30 a.m., the balloon toss at 11 a.m., the community church service at noon, the pedal tractor registration at 12:30 p.m. with the event at 1 p.m., and the money scramble at 2:30 p.m. The festival ends at 4 p.m. ET.
