A Warsaw man was arrested Sunday, May 21 after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a possible impaired driver south on U.S. 31 from the area of Veterans Parkway just after noon ET.
Police say an officer spotted the suspect vehicle and a traffic stop was initiated at the Pilot Truck Stop at U.S. 30 and King Road. It was believed that the driver, 23-year-old Fabian Mar Sosa of Warsaw, was intoxicated, according to the report. An investigation was conducted and Sosa was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana, and driving while suspended.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
