A woman from Burnsville, Minnesota was arrested after a traffic stop Tuesday, May 2 in Marshall County.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. ET where the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K9 unit conducted the traffic stop in the area of U.S. 30 and State Road 331, according to the report.
Police say suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were reportedly found inside the vehicle.
The driver, 29-year-old Nicole Sidorenko, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
