A Bremen man was arrested Monday, May 15 after a complaint about a physical altercation in the 8,000 block of Abbott Street at Lake of the Woods.
Marshall County Patrol Units were called to the area where an investigation was conducted. As a result, police say 69-year-old Darwin McDonald was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of battery as a Class B Misdemeanor.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
