A Bourbon man was arrested Tuesday, May 16 after the Plymouth Police Department received a theft complaint from Lowe’s.
Police say management told officers that 42-year-old David Logan had been walking unpaid merchandise out the door to other subjects. This reportedly occurred multiple times and Logan allegedly admitted the value to be more than $50,000.
The Plymouth Police Department continues to investigate this incident and officers believe that the value of the stolen merchandise will be much higher, according to the report.
Logan was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of theft. The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office will determine formal charges.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
