The end of the school year is just around the corner and the Argos Community School Board members took action this week to approve summer school staff, according to Superintendent Ned Speicher.
“The board approved our summer school teachers and summer school opens up June 5 and runs four weeks in the month of June,” said Speicher. “Summer school includes kindergarten through fifth grade and U.S. History and Middle School English, Science, Math, Band, and summer Agriculture classes.”
The classes and staffing were approved.
Speicher noted the last day of school for this year is Friday, May 26. Graduation is set for Sunday, June 4 at 2 p.m. ET in the gym.
