The Union-North United School Board will meet tonight where a resolution will be considered to ratify a lawsuit against IDEAL Consolidated, Inc. to enforce the terms of the agreement with the corporation and a co-defendant.
The board will also consider an Elementary School work table as surplus. A new worktable will be purchased to replace the old equipment.
The members of the Athletic, Finance and Facility Committees will provide reports, as will Superintendent Dr. Angela Piazza.
The Union-North United School Board will meet at 7 p.m. ET tonight in the LaVille Jr./Sr. High School Media Center in Lakeville.
