Two people were arrested on suspicion of theft in separate incidents at Walmart in Plymouth.
Plymouth Police Department officers responded to one theft complaint at Walmart Tuesday, April 18 just after 1 p.m. ET. Police say it was discovered that 52-year-old Christine Wyatt of Walkerton was attempting to leave all points of sale with unpaid merchandise.
She was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft.
In another incident on Wednesday, April 19, the Plymouth Police Department responded to Walmart around 6:40 p.m. ET where police say 62-year-old John Nudo of Plymouth attempted to leave the parking lot of Walmart with unpaid items. He was arrested on preliminary charges of theft and possession of marijuana.
The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office will review the cases where formal charges will be determined.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
