A Plymouth man was arrested Tuesday, April 25 on a warrant for dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 2 Felony.
An investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department resulted in the issuance of the warrant for 42-year-old Garth Moyer who was arrested at the Marshall County Jail. He has a $25,000 cash bond.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Indiana State Police and Marshall County Probation Department.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
