A Plymouth man was arrested Monday, April 11 on outstanding arrest warrants
A detective with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located 26-year-old Chance Lacher at the Marshall County Courthouse. He was wanted on warrants for burglary as a Level 4 Felony and theft as a Class A Misdemeanor. Lacher was also allegedly in possession of methamphetamine at the time of his arrest.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on his active warrants and an additional preliminary charge of possession of methamphetamine.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
