A Fort Wayne man was arrested Sunday, April 23 just after 7:30 a.m. ET after a single-vehicle accident on U.S. 30 at Fir Road.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, the driver, 49-year-old Ricky D. Armstrong of Fort Wayne, lost control of his vehicle and went off the roadway. Armstrong had allegedly been drinking. After a certified test was given, it was learned that Armstrong was almost three times the legal limit, according to the report.
