An Elkhart man died as a result of injuries suffered in a single-vehicle accident in Marshall County Thursday, April 20 just before 3 p.m. ET.
Marshall County Coroner John Grolich said 33-year-old Jordan Cahall of Elkhart was southbound on U.S. 31 north of Veterans Parkway when for an unknown reason the vehicle crossed the median and into the northbound lanes and rolled, coming to rest on its side.
Cahall was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle, according to the report.
The family has been notified.
The crash is being investigated by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and Marshall County Coroner’s Office. The Indiana State Police, Plymouth Fire Department, LaPaz Fire Department, and Union-North Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
