A wanted Muncie man was arrested Monday, March 20 after Marshall County Sheriff’s Department officers found him hiding out in an apartment complex in Culver.
Hunter M. Charles, 26, was wanted in Madison County for criminal confinement, in Delaware County for fraud, and in Marion County for resisting law enforcement, unlawful possession of a syringe, and possession of paraphernalia.
He was taken into custody without incident. He will be held in the Marshall County Jail until transportation is arranged to be moved to another jurisdiction.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Culver Police Department and the Indiana State Police.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
