Keith Hammonds is retiring from his service as Plymouth Building Commissioner. His last day will be Friday, March 31 when he will pass the reigns to Dennis Manuwal Jr. who has been in training.
The public is invited to congratulate Hammonds on Friday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET in the Plymouth Council Chambers.
Hammonds has held the position of building commissioner since 2008.
