The Marshall County Republican Party has scheduled a caucus for Wednesday, March 29 at 5 p.m. ET at the Marshall County Republican Headquarters at 117 Water Street in Plymouth to fill a vacant seat on the Center Township Advisory Board.
Keith Hammonds is resigning from his seat effective March 31.
Eligible members to vote in the caucus are Republican Center Township Precinct Committee members who have served continuously from 30 days prior to the date of the commencement of the caucus.
Candidates who file an intention to run for the office will have three minutes to address the voting caucus on Wednesday, March 29. Candidates must reside in Marshall County and be a Republican in good standing.
Declarations of Candidacy are available in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office, the MCGOP, or the Indiana Secretary of State’s website at www.in.gov/sos/elections.
