A Jackson, Kentucky man was arrested Wednesday, March 8 following an investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department involving an alleged sexual assault incident in the 17,000 block of Kenilworth Road.
As a result of the investigation, police say 36-year-old Bruce Campbell was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of sexual battery and possession of methamphetamine. Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
