The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Tippecanoe River near Ora.
Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
The river was at 12 feet Wednesday morning. When the river reaches 12.5 feet, flooding begins to affect residences. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3 feet early Sunday afternoon. The river could rise even higher after Sunday.
Emergency Management Agency officials urge residents living in areas prone to flooding to prepare to take action should flooding develop.
