Two Plymouth residents were arrested following a property damage accident investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Friday, February 17.
Police say officers responded to the accident in the area of State Road 17 and 10B Road around 7:30 p.m. ET. During the investigation, suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia were reportedly found.
The driver, 47-year-old Jenell Geren, and passenger, 49-year-old Robert Geren, were arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Robert Geren was also found to have an active warrant through Marshall County for driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
