The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where they will hear from City Attorney Sean Surrisi about a potential police wage increase.
Clerk-Treasurer Lynn Gorski will present the cancellation of outstanding unpaid warrants, and there will be a discussion on changes to an ambulance build and possible purchase of a chassis.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 6 p.m. ET, followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET.
Plymouth Fire Chief Steve Holm and the clerk-treasurer will be swearing in new firefighters this evening. Police Chief David Bacon will open quotes for police vehicles and Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt will open bids for fuel.
The council will consider a resolution that would authorize the write-off of delinquent and uncollectible water, wastewater, garbage and storm water bills. Another resolution will be acted upon that would declare certain EMS bills delinquent and uncollectible.
Mayor Mark Senter will also present a 15 minute parking sign request.
Both meetings will be held in the second floor Council Chambers room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those wanting to attend the meeting in person should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
