A Plymouth man was arrested Friday, January 6 following an alleged altercation at a Plymouth business.
Plymouth Police Department officers say they were called to the Lake City Bank on East Jefferson Street a few minutes before 1:30 p.m. ET following a reported assault of an employee there.
The suspect, 39-year-old Johnathan Shotts, was located and taken into custody. He was arrested on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of battery.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
