The newly constructed Bremen Solar Park is operational.
Bremen Electric Department Superintendent Ben Wright told the Bremen Town Council members this week IMPA officials recently conducted system checks and it was commissioned.
A ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration has been pushed back to the spring so it could be held under better weather conditions.
The project involves a 35 acre solar park on 1st Road in Bremen that will provide 6.75 MW of electricity for only the Town of Bremen.
