A Bremen man was arrested around 12:30 p.m. ET Sunday, December 11 after allegedly stealing several items from the Plymouth Walmart store.
Plymouth Police Department officers say they were called to the store in response to a theft in progress. The Walmart Asset Protection team reportedly advised of a man stealing several items and not paying for them.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located 39-year-old Ryan E. Shroyer and arrested him after an investigation.
Shroyer faces preliminary charges of theft, resisting law enforcement, and an active warrant for failure to appear.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
