The Bremen Town Council members were updated on the construction of the solar park during their meeting this week.
Electric Department Superintendent Ben Wright commented that IMPA officials recently conducted system checks and it was to be commissioned yet this week.
A ribbon cutting ceremony has yet to be scheduled.
The project involves a 35 acre solar park on 1st Road in Bremen that will provide 6.75 MW of electricity for only the Town of Bremen.
