A Plymouth man faces two charges after reportedly leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident in the area of Michigan and Washington Streets in Plymouth on Thursday, September 15.
The victim followed the suspect until Plymouth Police Department officers were able to catch up to them on Muckshaw Road, according to the report.
Police say the suspect, 23-year-old Adolfo Castro Luna, was also found to be operating a vehicle while never receiving a license.
Luna was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating a vehicle after never receiving a license.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
