The Monterey Days Festival continues Sunday and Monday in downtown Monterey.
Sunday starts with breakfast under the pavilion from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., with the burnout contest at 11 a.m., corn hole tournament at 1 p.m., the watermelon eating contest at 2 p.m., the frog jumping and turtle race at 2:30 p.m., the tractor show from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the tractor parade at 6 p.m., and the band Crossroads at 7 p.m. ET.
Monday’s events include breakfast under the pavilion from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., the car show from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the Collins/Tasch Post 399 American Legion food, bingo, duck race, beer garden and raffle from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.
