The John Glenn School Board congratulated High School Artist Klara Guseilla Tuesday night for her recent showing in a national art contest.
High School Principal Chris Manering presented the information to the board.
“The John Glenn Art Department would like to honor Klara Guseilla. Klara entered the Celebrating Art Contest and competed against high school artwork nationwide. Klara was one of the top 10 artists in the U.S. Her work is being published in the Celebrating Art Book and she received a monetary award.”
Guseilla’s artwork consists of a charcoal drawing of a combine which features intricate details. She has received an offer to purchase it.
