Three people were injured in a Tuesday afternoon accident in Marshall County.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies say 33-year-old Dorcus Stump from Nappanee was traveling east on State Road 10 at the U.S. 31 intersection in her 2016 Nissan Titan around 4:40 p.m. ET and reportedly failed to yield to the right-of-way to a 2004 Ford F-150 driven by 68-year-old Kenneth Michels of Mishawaka. Michels was traveling north on U.S. 31 at the intersection with State Road 10. Both vehicles collided and left the roadway.
Stump, Michels, and a passenger in Michels’ vehicle complained of pain and were transported to the hospital for medical attention.
