An Argos man suffered injuries following a moped accident in Marshall County last week.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, dispatchers received a call about a man who was in an accident in the 13,000 block of Muckshaw Road in Marshall County on Thursday, August 11 just before 9:45 p.m. ET.
Police say the driver, 38-year-old Christopher Chamberlain, crashed his moped. He reportedly could not initially remember what happened, but later told police that he swerved to miss an animal in the road and lost control of the moped and crashed. He had a head injury and was bleeding. He also had complaints of pain in his shoulder.
Chamberlain refused medical treatment at the scene and was given a ride home from family members, according to the report.
