Pierceton Man Arrested after Plymouth Crash

A Pierceton man was arrested Thursday, June 30 after an investigation into a crash at the intersection of North Michigan Street and East Garro Street in Plymouth.

Plymouth Police say that the accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. ET and found 27-year-old Justin Netherland, of Pierceton, was involved in the crash and fled the scene in his vehicle. 

He allegedly abandoned his car at the Plymouth High School and was located on foot nearby.

Netherland was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail on an outstanding Kosciusko County warrant, and preliminary charges of leaving the scene of an accident, OWI endangerment with a BAC of .15 or greater, and driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
