Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety, City Council to Meet Tonight

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will consider several requests from organizations for various upcoming events when they meet tonight.

The board will also hear from department heads with updates.

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight, followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The Plymouth City Council will hold a public hearing tonight on the proposed water and sewer rate increases. Ordinances concerning those rate increases will be considered later in the meeting. 

The council will also consider an ordinance regarding parking motor vehicles in residential lawn areas. 


City Attorney Sean Surrisi will talk about IT services, plus an ordinance that addresses redistricting in the City of Plymouth.

Both meetings will be held in the second floor Council Chambers Room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those interested in attending the meeting should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
