The Argos Community School Corporation is selling older generation iPads used by students to the public.
Superintendent Ned Speicher said the students received newer devices so the older devices have been deemed as surplus.
“They’re three and four years old,” said Speicher. “The three-year-old iPads are $160 and the four-year-old iPads are for $125. Business has been brisk since we sent out that information! People are buying them. If we don’t sell them all, we’ll sell them to a company for the same prices. We’re offering them to our community first.”
