
A Plymouth man was arrested following a two-vehicle injury accident Friday, May 6 in Marshall County.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies were called to the area of Michigan Road and 4A Road shortly before 8 p.m. ET. After an investigation, 45-year-old Randall Roach, of Plymouth, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .15 or more, according to the report. He later bonded out of the Marshall County Jail on a cash bond.
Police say the female driver of the second vehicle was transported to a nearby hospital with injuries to her knee and ankle.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.
