Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety, City Council to Meet Tonight

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where they will open street and sidewalk bids for this year.

Representatives of the REES Theater will request a street closure for an upcoming event.

Department heads will provide updates as necessary. 

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet tonight at 6 p.m. ET, followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The City Council members will consider a resolution to pledge financial support for the Marshall County Blue Zones project and review several CF-1 tax abatement compliant forms for approval.

Annette Haining will discuss World No Tobacco Day, and the council will hold discussions on CTE tax abatements, MACOG Brownfield Grants, and a MACOG Comprehensive Plan proposal.

Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers room on the second floor meeting at 124 N. Michigan Street.  Those attending the meeting should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
