Three people were arrested Sunday, April 24 following an investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department into a suspicious vehicle in the 19000 block of 9C Road in Plymouth.
During the investigation, officers allegedly located a handgun, ammunition, a hypodermic needle, and suspected methamphetamine.
Mikayla Penrod, 22, of Plymouth was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana. Isreal Wolford, Jr., 30, of Tippecanoe, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and carrying a handgun without a license. They were jailed with a $1,500 cash bond. Earnest Lee Keaton, Jr., 50, of Plymouth, was found to have an active felony arrest warrant.
All three were taken to the Marshall County Jail.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Indiana Conservation Officers.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.
