The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where they will consider a resolution pertaining to Tech-Farm land sale proceeds.
The Board members will also consider three street closure requests and hear from department heads with updates from offices of the city.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET.
The Plymouth City Council members will consider an ordinance to annex 0.41 acres of real estate immediately adjacent to the northern corporate boundary of the city.
They will also review tax abatement compliance forms and review a resolution for adoption that would confirm an Economic Revitalization Area for HP Plymouth, LLC for purposes of tax abatement. The council members will also consider a resolution to pledge support for the Marshall County Blue Zones project, and to approve an application for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant.
Plymouth Fire Department equipment will also be discussed.
Both the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Plymouth City Council meetings will be held in the second floor meeting room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those interested in attending the meeting should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
