A groundbreaking celebration is scheduled for Monday, May 2 for a new housing development in LaPaz.
The Marshall County Crossroads Stellar Communities Initiative, Town of LaPaz, and Easterday Construction will be on hand to turn over dirt to welcome LaPaz Commons, a multi-unit housing development similar to Riverside Commons in Plymouth. The ceremony begins at 11 a.m. ET at 67 Troyer Street, the southeast Corner of Troyer and South Michigan Street in LaPaz.
The project is a Stellar Communities project granted to Marshall County Crossroads by Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) in partnership with the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA).
