The Town of Culver will host a public input session Wednesday, April 20 to take comments on the third phase of the walking trail and a sidewalk project.
The third phase of the Lake Max Trail starts at Academy Road and goes north, crossing over Academy Road and follows the old railroad corridor. It will then cross State Road 10 and end at Syacmore Road. It connects the trail from the Culver Town Park.
Comments will also be gathered on the Cass and Jefferson Street sidewalk project.
According to Culver Town Manager Ginny Bess Munroe, the projects are funded by INDOT grants and local matching funds from the Culver Redevelopment Commission.
Displays of both projects will be available during the public input session. If residents are unable to make the event on Wednesday, April 20 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET at the Culver Beach Lodge, the proposed plans will be available at Culver Town Hall.
