The Culver Plan Commission will hold a public hearing tonight concerning the rezoning of 415 Lakeshore Drive from C-2 to a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The property is where the former City Tavern building used to stand.
Initially, two residential buildings were proposed. One building would have three units, and a second building will have four units and an English-style basement. The buildings would be 25 feet and 27 feet in height, respectively. The petitioners pulled the application during the last public hearing to make some modifications to the proposal which will be heard tonight.
Additionally, a public hearing will be held concerning Purucker Replace, located across the road from 124 S. Shore Drive.
Building Commissioner Chuck DeWitt will have a report and zoning changes will be discussed.
The Culver Plan Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight at the Culver Community High School Auditorium at 701 School Street.
