An upcoming NIPSCO project will result in a scheduled electrical outage in Plymouth this week.
According to an announcement on the City of Plymouth – Mayor’s Office Facebook page, NIPSCO is working on an ongoing electrical modernization project which will modernize the electrical grid in the city and increase system reliability. The upcoming outage will affect areas near the Plymouth Municipal Airport and North Michigan Road areas Wednesday, March 9 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET for business customers. It will affect residential customers March 9 from 6 p.m. to midnight ET.
The inclement weather day will be March 10 in the same time frame.
